Relationship Therapy

Therapy for those who feel confident in parts of thier lives, but with their relationships…not so much.

You are successful in parts of your life,

but the relationships around you seem so difficult.

One day you wake up and have an awakening.   You recognize you are in an unhealthy relationship and you feel sick.  You may love this person, but you don’t feel peace, comfort, and compassion.   In your gut you know any negativity, disrespect, cruelty, and intolerance can’t be a part of your life.   But…you are scared.  You don’t want to lose people you love.  You need help.

Or…..you may be in a relationship that is toxic and you know it needs to end. You just don’t know how. Walking away from a relationship you’ve dedicated so much time to is holding you back.   It seems the ripple effects may cost you more than you are willing to risk.

You may be:

  • divorced or separated

  • in a difficult relationship with a partner, spouse, friend, or sibling

  • trying to figure out how to parent adult kids

  • trying to figure out how to take care of your aging parents

  • realizing you’ve sacrificed yourself for others

You will be okay.  You are worth it.  You don’t have to go another day without sacrificing what is important to you.   You don’t have to sacrifice people you love.   You CAN find you, be you, and find a new way forward with the people who are important to you.

Relationship Therapy can help you:

  • Move through the grief. Your hurt may be new or may be from long ago.

  • Heal from trauma and sadness.

  • Learn how to communicate in a calm, clear, direct, and compassionate way.

  • Find peace and let go what of you can’t control.

  • Forgive, finding serenity and hope.

  • Find meaning in your life, discover your passions, and create a plan to follow them.

  • Integrate your identity with people you care about.

  • Foster resilience and harness strength as you rebuild new patterns of interaction.

  • Move forward in a beautiful new direction…uniquely created and crafted by you, for you.

It’s not enough to just “get through it”—when not addressed, grief and emotional pain can continue to manifest in your physical, emotional, and mental health.

It may not feel like it now, but there is hope for healing.

I’ll be here as a witness to your grief and help you heal as you find a new way to live in this chapter of your life.

You are a wonderful, capable human.
